Our dedicated staff can assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication management, as well as provide escorts to meals and events. In addition, select communities offer specialized services such as diabetes management, nebulizer and oxygen management, and catheter and ostomy care. To ensure that each resident receives the appropriate level of care, a comprehensive assessment of their physical, emotional, and functional status is conducted by a licensed nurse prior to move-in. Within the first 30 days, a reassessment is performed to verify that we are meeting their care needs effectively. Subsequent assessments are then conducted no less than quarterly, or as needed, based on caregiver recommendations or changes in condition. These assessments play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the appropriate care, and they help inform our staffing levels to maintain exceptional care standards.
